This lovely lakefront house is located on Logan Martin Lake in Pell City, Alabama, USA.  The front windows on this A-frame style building provide a spectacular lake view.  In addition, three levels of the outside decking and dock are lakeside.  Swimming and fishing are available from the dock and shore.

The fully equipped kitchen has an additional refrigerator and ice maker on the lower level.  In the great room, a large screen television and DVD player are available for presentations and entertainment purposes.  A washer and dryer are also available.  There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.  Additional sleeping accommodations are a sleeper sofa and a trundle bed located in the Great Room and in the basement Den. There is also a wet bar in the basement Den.

The facility can accommodate 20 attenders for a daytime teaching and can sleep up to 16 people.  Therefore, this is an ideal venue for an intimate Christian Retreat.

RENTAL DONATION:

$200 per Day

$500 for the Weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun)

$1,000 for the Week

*Food is not included in the donation.  A caterer can be provided if needed.
